I'm Jen Adams, an aesthetic and longevity therapist with more than ten years of clinical microneedling experience. I built this method for one reason: to help people treat their own skin at home with the same structure, safety, and understanding I used in my clinic without the guesswork, the conflicting advice, or the fear of doing harm.
If you've found your way here, you're probably not looking for another skincare trend. You're looking for someone who can tell you what actually works, why it works, and how to do it properly. That's exactly what I do.
Most skin advice treats the face as if it exists in isolation.
My work doesn't.
As a longevity therapist, I look at the skin as a reflection of what's happening throughout the body how well you sleep, how stable your blood sugar is, how efficiently you recover.
Firmer skin isn't something you apply from the outside. It's something you build from the inside out, treatment by treatment, over time.
That perspective changes everything about how microneedling should be approached, particularly for mature skin. It's the difference between chasing a short-term result and building skin that genuinely holds its strength.
Ten years in clinic taught me one thing the industry ignores
When I first trained in professional microneedling, I was taught the standard protocols most therapists still follow today: fixed schedules, deeper stimulation, repeated sessions packed close together to force a result.
From the beginning, something didn't add up. The mature skin I was treating responded differently. Not worse, differently.
The standard approach assumed a recovery capacity that younger skin has and mature skin simply does not. And no one in the industry was accounting for that.
So I built my treatment protocols around what the skin was actually showing me, rather than what the schedule said to do next. I reduced unnecessary depth.
I extended the spacing between treatments based on each client's real recovery capacity. And the results spoke clearly: skin held its firmness for longer, recovery was cleaner, and people finally started building genuine, lasting collagen instead of cycling through temporary tightening that faded before the next session.
That became the foundation of everything I teach today.
Your results are not about pushing you toward deeper settings, stronger treatments, or more frequent sessions.
They are about helping you work with your skin’s natural repair cycles so each treatment builds on the last, supporting long-term skin health rather than short-term gains.
This clarity makes it easier to explore education around microneedling, professional treatments, and skin rejuvenation protocols in a way that feels informed, measured, and right for you.
The Microneedling at Home Course gives you a clear, professional framework teaching you how to prepare, treat, and care for your skin step by step, so you never second-guess if you’re doing it right again

I'm not here to tell you that clinics are unnecessary. I ran one.
But over the years, I realised something important: microneedling is not a one-off fix.
It is a long-term skin-health practice built on consistency, proper technique, and adequate recovery.
And when you understand those things, there is no reason you can't achieve a structured, professional standard of care safely at home at a fraction of the ongoing cost.
My role isn't to sell you a quick result. It's to give you a system: a clear, repeatable framework that tells you exactly how to assess your skin, prepare it, treat it, and let it recover so every session builds on the last rather than interrupting it.
I believe consistency matters more than intensity.
I believe under one millimetre is more than enough for firmer skin at home, and that deeper is not better.
I believe your skin needs to be respected through its full recovery cycle, not pushed harder when it stops responding.
And I believe you are perfectly capable of doing this well once someone gives you the structure and the reasoning behind it.
That's the standard I hold, and it's the standard I'll hold you to.
The best first step is to understand your own skin's recovery timeline, because that single number shapes every treatment decision you make. The Skin Age Calculator gives you that starting point in about two minutes, no purchase, no obligation.
